This opportunity is looking for someone with direct experience working in the Legal industry. This opportunity is looking to pay between 140k-170k on a direct hire basis.

Job Specifications:
- Shape and implement HR policies and procedures
- Help support talent managment
- Collaborate and manage employee training and development
- Handling all employee relations and employee engagement responsibilities
- Over 8 years of HR Manager experience required for role
- Experience working at a Law Firm or other Professional services environment required
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred
